I had the watch go ten days, condensation filled the Watch day 3 , returned it, the Sales associate didn’t even give me an option to exchange!! Or a store credit nothing!! I’m was so disappointed with the customer service!

Very disappointed I received it a day later than expected when I opened the box it was just the way you see it not even in a Michelle case looks like the gave me a display watch the battery is dead trying to get the battery replaced where I went the guy is asking for $165.00 dollars to replace it I called customer service the guy name Dan told all they could do is give me $50.00 towards replacing the battery first I have get the battery then they’ll give me the money at this point Nordstrom Rack lost me as a customer .. I can go to Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and get better customer service they did me really dirty if you didn’t have the original case why would you give me some other brand so ghetto and tacky
