Maximal Knee High Boot (Women)

I looked for this exact boot for 2 years and it was finally stocked in my size and this color!! Bought them and my first time wearing them for a dinner we hosted at my house (so I didn’t even walk outside) the sole lining scuffed so badly. It says it’s synthetic sole with genuine leather on top, but for the price the fake leather on the bottom should be way more durable, the overall feel of the boots doesn’t feel like quality or durable leather at all, I’m not sure it’s genuine. The shape and fit is gorgeous, but they would look trashed within a week of wear at the soles! Also, I don’t have wide calves, but the fit is snug, so try a half size up if you’re debating!

I love love love these boots and I’m so sad about this. I’ve had them since spring of 2022. They were genuinely the most comfortable heeled boot I’ve ever worn. Cushy sole, chunky heel, little platform, and looked so fierce on. I would plan going out outfits in nyc around these boots bc I was comfortable walking all night in them. Plus working 8 hour retail shifts in them. But this last winter they started ripping at the seams both in the back around the Achilles and also down the front seam around the ankle. My shoe repair man won’t fix them because he doesn’t believe they’re real leather. For the amount of $$ I spent these should last more than just a year and a half. I recommend if you get them to make sure you store them with boot forms! Or stuff them with socks!
