These boots surpassed my expectations. The leather is beautiful and the soles are very nice. They may need the sole covers for gripping. The heel is the perfect size too. I like that they fit snug around my ankle and calves. I have very thin ankles, and sometimes have issues with looseness. I feel Like they won't need to be broken in. These can be worn with a midi dress and leather coat in the fall. They look awesome with jeans either under the pants leg or a rolled up leg. So versatile. I also was impressed with the packaging. Nice box, well packed with cloth like tissue and it has a dust cover! I bought these on sale and am so happy I made this purchase. If you are contemplating, just do it! You won't be sorry.
