Hi there. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you haven't tried, we kindly ask you to check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. Also, charge the device with an active computer. Alternatively, you can charge it to a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A, and leave it charged for 2-3 hours. I love my new iTouch wireless earbuds! What a great way to be hands free, no wires attached and be able to move about freely while talking or listening!
