they ship you broken and damaged crap!!!
Horrible product and worse customer service. They send you obviously damaged products and then customer service simply says to return it and eventually you will get your money back.
How far they have fallen!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
And this box was INSIDE a larger box, so it was obviously shipped already damaged. How unscrupulous!!!

Well dented as others have pointed out previously.
I had driven 30 minutes to pickup, salesperson was apologetic but had to ask manager to make accommodation. She was less accommodating and declined discount. We all know the HydroFlask will eventually get dented but when you buy it new, you’d like it to be not damaged. Not impressed with manager. Sales clerk was helpful apart from the manager.

Doesn’t keep coffee or tea, hot, rusted on inside
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it is lightweight and carries a lot of volume. But after the second use, it started to not keep my tea hot anymore, and it started rusting on the inside.
