Oversized is an understatement.
This coat is gorgeous but so huge. I am a true small in coats, and I was expecting it to be an oversized small, which I was fine with. However it swallows me. My mother wears an XL in coats and it fit her perfectly, with that oversized look. It’s incredibly disappointing they don’t even allow store credit when you follow the size guide and your own purchase history.
