It has "hips".
I ordered a size small and normally wear a size 0 or 2. I'm larger in the chest area so I need a little extra room on top. The dress itself is beautiful. It's a very heavy sweater material. The print is nice. However, it has hips. It curves out way too much in the hips. My hips are 33", for reference. Too bad because I love it otherwise.
