The material is soft, it’s comfortable and I feel beautiful in it. I needed to stop looking homeless in bed and decided this would help...it made me feel like a queen!

Best. Nightie. Ever. I bought it as a gift for my wife and she says it's the most comfortable nightie she owns. From the photo, you might think the lace would be scratchy, but it's not; it's amazingly soft. And the non-lace part is about as soft and comfortable as you could possibly imagine. Because it's thin, it's perfect for summer time. ...And then, there's the fit. Whoa! The material is thin, but not see-through and stretchy, but not tight. The result is that it's form-fitting in all the RIGHT places without feeling "clingy."

This was silky and light as a feather. Absolutely lovely in terms of feel, but the cut was oddly unflattering, at least on me, and although other reviewers mentioned it runs small, I didn’t find that was the case. I usually wear a size S, and the M (I ordered up) was too large. Again, I think the problem is in the design, not the sizing: although the back has a racerback style, the bodice and neckline is not cut-in at the shoulder (at least in the front) racerback style, but is cut straight across the chest just below the arms, which made for a widening boxy shape which, if anything deemphasizes any curves, instead of a typical racerback design which is more flattering, and what I was expecting.

I both got this exact style 3 years ago and loved it. Still do. Time for a new one. Love the fit. Fabric fits to gently hug your body so it stays with you while you sleep and doesn’t twist around you and make your night’s sleep uncomfortable. I really don’t like nightgowns or chemises, but this is the exception, for sure.

I ordered small and medium based off of reviews. They seemed to be all over the place. I am usually a small, size 4, and the small fits perfect. The material is thin so skin will show through regardless of your size. I was worried about feeling the lace and it scratching me, but you don’t notice it at all.

I usually wear a 10/M but went with the site’s suggestion to get a XL in this. I’m glad I did, because the XL fits perfectly for a chemise. I accidentally put it through the dryer the first time I washed it and it seems to have come through all right. Great sleepwear for summer in my no-AC home!
