Verve Continental Wallet

Your deliverybis AWFUL!!!!!! I ordered some tennis shoes and i was informed they were delivered when they were not outside my door. On mybown accord i decided to check by tje mailboxes and my box was left there on the floor!!! I provided my exact address with my apartment number!! Unfortunately, I had ordered a wallet that same week, for a trip im about to take. I received an email saying the item had been delivered but again, the item never arrived at my door. I went to check by the mailboxes and nothing was there. The item had been stolen. I contacted customer service and had a very nad experience. They said if i wanted the wallet i needed to order it again and that i would be charged again!!! I immediately requested a redund. Whoever is your delivery company, should at least take a picture of where they dump the items. That way at least customers jave that evidence everytime someone has this issue. As for me, never again will i get anything delivered from you guys!!
