Love the purse, but it came w/out a shoulder strap
I paid $159.97 for a leather Hobo bag that should have had a shoulder strap & a crossbody strap. I reached out to NR about the missing shoulder strap, but they wouldn't discount it anymore. I didn't want to return it because it was the last one in pewter and I could not find another one anywhere else. I already had the matching wallet. I will be very cautious in the future if I buy from NR again.

Unfortunately not a Keeper
I liked the pictures of the plum graphite leather finish, but when it came, I could tell that it wasn't going to age well. I have the hobo leather protectors, but hobo advises not to use anything o n this finish. Returned it.
