I love this bag. It’s so comfortable. I had no problem with the zipper and I adjusted the strap on the inside. I like that my phone fits comfortably in the back pocket so I’m not forcing it inside the bag with other contents and trying to zip it up. This bag works for me.

Perfect part time purse
Love the color and the shape of this purse. For my petite frame it just looks right and I like being able to easily adjust the length.
That being said, I do use it more for going out for dinner, parties, etc which is the reason I purchased it. Not quite big enough for my everyday purse and as I purchased the lighter color, I want to keep it looking nice for occasions out. The zippers work fine for me.

Cute for special occasions
Cute little bag. I got this in the silver color. I have sandals to match. I plan on using it for summer meetings and get togethers. It’s not really good for a daily use bag because it holds so little. I find I can fit in a small wallet, glasses, lip stick, travel sized perfume and a small mirror with ease.
