Product was not as expected. TWICE!!
I bought this twice thinking I’d surely get the right one the second time. This bag should have came with a removable wristlet. Neither had one. I’ve gotten my first refund but not my second one. Customer service said wait and reorder but after two I’m little scared to reorder it. Not a great experience!!
