Irritation
I’ve used these in the past and never experienced this, but the patches are leaving a red ring where the adhesive is. It didn’t help my pimple, and now I have a red pimple and red ring around the blemish…which looks like ring worm lol it’s terrible. I don’t know if they changed the formula but it’s disappointing because they were fine in the past. I’ve changed nothing about my routine, and didn’t even leave the patch on for too long.

It Works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stress acne was giving me a run for my money. But then I found Hero Cosmetics and the patches, my hero! The acne has significantly diminished, and my skin is smooth again.

Pretty Effective
I use this the second I get a zit or see white coming through. The morning after the top of the pimple is gone but sometimes leaves me bleeding for a bit. I still use it to make the white head go away.

Tiny but Mighty
Hero sent me a box of these and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but wow—they’re legit. I get those deep, painful pimples that lurk under the skin, and these patches help calm them down before they turn into a full-blown breakout. I love that they’re easy to use and don’t irritate my skin. One thing I learned: make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying, or they won’t stick well. I’ve tried a lot of acne stuff and most of it either dries me out or doesn’t do much, but these actually help. Definitely keeping these in my skincare stash.
