wrong description

The description states that it is *parfum* (pure perfume), but the photo shows *eau de toilette*. I also received *eau de toilette*, and the lettering on the bottle is crooked. I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me I could return it at the store. However, when I went to the store, I was unable to return it.
