What it is: An eau de toilette with a floral fragrance first created in 1961 by Guy Robert. Fragrance story: Calèche was the first fragrance for women by Hermès. Its name refers to the emblematic horse-drawn carriages of the house. A fragrance that is as much for its materials as it is for the nobility of its combinations, Calèche exudes a scent of citrus fruit and modern aldehyde notes, with a floral heart embellished with ylang-ylang, rose, and jasmine, and a woody, chypre sillage underscored by the nobility of iris. Notes: Top: aldehydes, bergamot, lemon. Middle: jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang. Base: oakmoss, sandalwood, vetiver.
