Sharp, and reliable.
I received the 20 piece block set as a Christmas gift December 2024 and I highly recommend buying these. I cook for a living so I’ve used a fair share of knives. They hold an edge well and after almost a year of daily use, I know they will slice through anything I prep. Wash them by hand as the manual clearly states, however my gf ran them through the dishwasher not knowing and didn’t have any issues.

Rust spots
I am NOT happy. I’ve always wanted a nice set of Knives and bought this set. Well, this set is sharp but when I wash them rust spots appear. I’ve used less expensive knife sets and never had this problem. The way I wash the knives has NOT changed in the past 30 years, so it must be the inferior stainless steel used in the knives that are NOT stainless.

Great knife set.
