Loving 7-inch Hollow Edge Santoku!
I absolutely love this knife! If it came in a 5.5- inch or 6-inch I would purchase them too. It is my favorite go to knife.

This knife collection is made in three pieces and welded together. It has a pretty and modern appearance, with some texture on the handle to help reduce slippage. It does have a nice balanced weight.

great look and feel
This is a great knife. Not only does it look cool, it performs very well. The solid steel construction is sturdy and comfortable to hold. The blade is very sharp and is easy to maintain. The slim blade profile gives thin accurate slices and cuts.
