Super sharp and perfect size!
I have been wanting good knives forever! I didn’t want a whole block but just knives I could use every day. This is my first purchase with Henckles & I am extremely pleased! It fits my hands perfectly, and is super sharp and perfectly balanced. I can’t wait to add more! My only complaint is that I wish they came with a nice cloth sheath to store them in. Of course I’m probably the only person that buys one knive at a time!
