Clad H3 Two-Piece Ceramic Frying Pan & Lid

Thank you for your feedback we sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had with our Henckels Ceramic Clad H3 Nonstick Frying Pan. We strive to deliver high quality products, and it’s disappointing to hear that this one did not meet your expectations. We would like to note that this is not a common issue. However, your experience is important to us. We would like to recommend for the best performance of our Ceramic Pans conducts heat well at lower temperatures, use a low to medium heat setting. Cooking on low to medium heat preserves the non-stick coating and the nutrients in your food. High heat can damage the Ceramic cookware and is often unnecessary. In addition, matching the burner size to that of the base of the Pan and when adjusting the burner flame, please be sure to not let the flame extend along the walls of your Pan, this will help your non-stick Pan to last for a long time. To clean our Ceramic Pans, use a soft dishcloth or non-abrasive sponge with warm water and dish detergent.
