Disappointed
I was disappointed at how quickly the surface gets burn spots despite having a triply steel base. My old copper bottom wok is way better in that regard. Hard to clean after. Also the handle gets quite hot but that may be unavoidable. It’s a good size, so now using it as a second/back wok when cooking multiple items at the same time.
