Incredible coat!

Disappointed
I went to pick up my coat from Nordstrom downtown Chicago. Went I got home the coat didn't have the heating cartridge with it. I had no take it back and was told when I tried to reorder it, they were out of the extra large. I'm so disappointed right now.
