NEVER RECEIVED and CHARGED
This product never came and Nordstrom refuses to refund for no reason! A complete joke an almost $300 hat and I was not refunded for their package not arriving. I am done shopping with Nordstrom and the Rack after this, the fact this is how they treat their customers is wild. I was very excited to wear this only for it not to come! Now I will be returning everything in my order due to their treatment over no refund for this.
