Very cute just runs a little small

Great slippers- size up!
My 2 year old son prefers these over the infant reefs. I think it's because of the material of the thong part of the sandal.
But the sizing is definitely different from typical American sizing. For reference, my son usually wears a size 4 but for these he fits a 7.
