false advertising
Description as of 1/24 says magnetic closure but there is nothing to close the bag. It’s literally a canvas tote bag. I chose to buy this bag over another based on this description and now there is nothing but disappointment. Agent offered to “help” me get another bag but wouldn’t honor the discount, so what’s the point. I will return and buy nothing from them. Also made a complaint and would like a follow-up for their false advertising.
