Too baggy
I am 5’3, 125 pounds and this dress was so baggy on me. It did not hang right on my body. I think it would look better on a taller person that was super thin. I returned the dress.

Not a good fit
Not very flattering as a swim cover up or a dress. The neck sits very strange. I even sized down and it was still huge.

Love love love this dress! So cute with a sash belt if you want more shape. Otherwise, yes it's flowy and like a swing dress - but that's the point. There's also a little shelf bra inside - genius. Oh, and it has pockets!!! 10 out of 10. Very flattering hemline as well.
I'm 5'8 and 150lbs if that's helpful.
