It's a no for me
I disagree with other reviewers: the shiny plastic buttons make this look cheap and the shoulder pads are atrocious. Even at the sale price, I'm not paying more to have them removed. I was also disappointed to find that it is navy when it looked black in the catalog. Despite these issues, it appears to be well made. I found it to run true to size or even a little smaller.
