Great for Hot Weather
Originally purchased all available colors in store and liked them so much ordered more online as store was already sold out when I went back. Great versatile top. Professional for work and great with a pair of jeans or shorts. Gives sweater like look with the feel of a cool t-shirt.

True to size -- until it isn't
This sweater started out as a lovely, relaxed-fit top with a loose knit, perfect for summer. I followed the washing instructions on the tag, putting the top in a lingerie bag on the delicate cycle in cold water. When I removed it from the bag, I was horrified to see it had shrunk at least 5 inches. The sweater never went in the dryer, as I air dry all my clothes. No amount of stretching would return it to its former shape. It's now too short, too tight, and completely unwearable. My only consolation is that I got about 4 wears from this top before it shrank.
I have worn Halogen for years; this is my first negative experience with the brand.

quality is not good
I loved this top, but after its first was (on cold and cold delicate/ hand wash setting) it shrunk and started pilling…
So I’m obviously very disappointed in its quality.

Love the shirt - care instructions are wrong
I absolutely love the shirt. My issue is that the care instructions on the shirt tag are not the care instructions on the website. The tag says it should be cleaned machine wash cold and laid flat to dry, but the website says hand wash and lay flat to dry. Unfortunately, I machine washed it in cold, laird it flat to dry, and it ruined the shirt - the texture came back different, the shirt shrunk, and the material pulled. I’m very bummed.
