'Sync - Medium' Rubber Strap Watch, 36mm

I purchased the first watch in red and it was stolen in 2019, then I purchased the second watch in Blue i, loved, loved, loved it. The band split in half 2 years ago and had it replaced for approximately $150. I told myself it was because I kept it in a cold safe. Well, last month it split again at the clamp and I can't understand why. I refused to send it out and pay another fee to replace the rubber band

I ordered a this watch , which said it was delivered. To my surprise it wasn’t on my porch when I got home. I’m a victim of a porch pirate. Spending hundreds on an item to not receive it and to not get a refund is so disappointing. I’m no longer purchasing from Nordstrom or Nordstrom racks ever again.
