Came with NO case
This sunglasses came wrapped with paper, no case. How can you sell an oversized sunglasses without a case? Called customer services, it has to be the worst service rep I have encountered, she kept telling me that cases are not guaranteed. I did not see anything stating “sunglasses might not come with a case” anywhere. I understand for some brands, but Gucci? Thinking about returning… too bad, I do like it, but without a case, can’t bring it anywhere…
