Nice quality but incorrect product shipped
I ordered the Gucci 53mm Square Sunglasses with an acetate frame, as shown in the product listing. However, the item I received is a completely different style — a metal-frame Gucci sunglasses — which does not match the description, photos, or materials of the product I purchased.
I’ve attached photos showing:
• What I originally ordered (from the listing)
• The item I actually received
While the pair sent is nice, it is not what was described or what I ordered, and the difference in material and style is significant.
Please let me know the next steps to:
