Missing eyeglass case.
Had glasses shipped to my nearby Nordstrom Rack. Received glasses in excellent condition. For some reason, my package had been opened and the eyeglass case had been removed. I kindly requested that I receive an eyeglass case. The sales associate rummaged through a fairly large box behind the counter and produced a Gucci eyeglass case.
