Good Standard Leopard Print Kick Flare Jeans

I originally ordered a size 10 because the last 2 pair of Good American jeans I ordered were a size 10. I could not even get them above my thighs. I then ordered size 16 because I figure I needed 3 sizes up based on the 10. The 16 were huge in the stomach area and very high waisted. Finally went to a size 14. The 14 are very snug, had to lay o the bed to zip them but they are on. The difference between the 14 and 16 was really more like 2 sizes. For reference my hips are 46". If available a 15 probably would have been good but I could not find a 15 anywhere.
