sent the wrong pair - TWICE.
Wanted to love these jeans so much - but after all of the time consuming, annoying challenges Nordstrom/Rack made me go through - not once, but twice - and still they got it wrong - I gave up. Turns out this particular pair shares an item number with another skinny jeans. Nordstrom did not accommodate me and did nothing to make the exchange / return / reorder (and repeat) easier on me. Boo!

Wrong item shipped, Bad description
Bought these and received a regular pair of jeans. The fit is great and TTS but it was not the distressed pair I ordered. Contacted Custome Care and they said they would correct the description and in 3 days I can return the item and reorder it. Which I will not be doing after I've read the other reviews that people have encountered the same problem. Get it together Nordstrom !
