Flannel Crop Button-Up Shirt

I love the colors. I love the brown/black plaid combo, very pretty in my opinion. But the shirt is not porportioned well for my body. It's heavy weight fabric so I thought this would be a top jacket but once I tried it on it felt okay just over a t-shirt. I wear a med or large on shirts like this (depending on the brand and cut). The size 2 fitted right through the body/shouders. But it was cropped short enough that it didn't come to the top of my pants. That's too short for me. Plus the the cuffs are so small / tight that I would have to leave them unbuttoned and rolled up all the time. Not ideal proportionally.
