Nothing Like Photo
The dress I received today appeared second hand. It was wrinkled, not "soft baby blue" in color but a dark washed out navy. The ruffle on the chest was crooked and would not lay flat. Overall this dress was horrid; a nightmare and like an old drape. I was shocked and saddened.
