Fisherman Sandal (Women)

Just got these in the mail and am disappointed. They're definitely not white at all. On my skin they look more like a greyish beige, when I was expecting more of a creamy white from the stock images. They feel high quality, I am normally a 9.5 and sized down to a 9, and they work. They seem like a quality sandal and the buckle is really nice, everything about the construction is nice. I hate the real life color though. Also when they shipped them to me they were rubber banded into like an old shoe box from a different brand and there was a sale tag for $40 on it when the Price I paid online was $60, so that is also annoying?

These are great-very comfortable and don’t require any breaking them in. As others have mentioned, the sole is slippery, but if you go onto cement and scrape them a few times, they are good to go. One thing I will say is they run LARGE. I am usually a 9.5 in a closed shoe and a 9 in an open sandal and I took a 8.5 in this shoe.

This G.H. Bass fisherman sandal is pretty perfect! I'm generally a size 10, and the size 10 fits me perfectly. The leather is soft and the sole has a decent amount of cushioning, but there isn't really any arch support. They feel like they'll be comfy right out of the box, but I'm not sure if this is a walking around all day sandal if you need real support. The sole is slightly stiff, but not too bad. That's probably the only bit that may need breaking in. I always think it's odd when reviews mention new shoes being slick on the bottom, as that's just expected from so many styles like this. However, the slickness of these shoes is noteworthy! Like, slickest shoes I've ever put on! That can be fixed easily, so not a deal breaker, but now I get it. I haven’t decided if I'm keeping or not, but they look great!
