Ascari Swiss Automatic Bracelet Watch, 42mm

This is the first time I have bought something from Nordstrom that I was not happy with. The face of the watch has several scratches on it. I attempted to return to store and even called Nordstrom but they could not do anything to help make this situation right because 1) “Final Sale” which means Nordstrom will not return a product that is “Final Sale” no matter what. 2) I opened the box past 30 days of the transaction. Keep it mind it takes about 1-2 week just to receive the item in the mail. My advice: do not buy watches/jewelry from Nordstrom Rack app because it’s most likely a returned item from a previous customer. Next time I want a nice item I will be old fashioned and walk into a brick and mortar store and try it on and see it in person before buying it.
