Heel pain
I’ve had these shoes for about two months now. I wear them mostly as a “lifestyle” shoe as my go-to for casual but yet still work appropriate outfits. My job requires mostly sitting, and I use my trusty running shoes (another brand) for long walks and workouts. These are solely to wear around and for the casual 30 minute work-lunch walk. The pain that these shoes have caused in my heel is really unbearable. I’m shocked that just a little bit of use (~6,000 steps), you will start to experience pretty severe pain in your heel, similar to walking on bone.
I do not recommend this shoe for any sort of casual walks, fitness walks or workouts. Which is a bummer because that it what they are made for, and they are not cheap.

Inside foot bed needs cushioning
I found the shoe comfortable other than the inside foot bed. I felt that it needs some cushioning so I bought foam inserts to make them more comfortable.

Not NB Quality
This style was on the wall with the running shoes, so I assumed it was an athletic shoe. Now I see that it is a "lifestyle" shoe. The quality is not up to New Balance standards. The upper offers no support and the tongue of the shoe slips down the side, rubbing on the top of the arch.
