Poor quality and design

Poor quality and design. Wore the shoes twice and already starting to show quality issues. From a design perspective, the “N” hangs off the side of the shoe. Patchwork design. Unable to return since they’ve been “worn”.

Just over a month

The shoes already have a hole in them along a seam and they were purchased on August 21. My son is a junior in high school and wears them only to school. I don't think this should happen so soon after getting them! I'm happy to send pictures if necessary.

We're sorry to hear the shoes developed a hole along the seam so soon after purchase, especially with only regular school wear. We understand your concern and disappointment, and our Customer Care team would be happy to learn more about the issue and review any additional details you can provide.

Grey shoe and cream and white shoe are different

I have grey color which I love but the cream and white really hurt my feet. The grey ones have a soft material around the front and the cream ones have a stiffer material that pushes into the top of my foot as I step.

Heavy

These are really heavy, wish I had the box still would probably send them back. Wore them once, not sure I'll wear them again

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the shoes felt heavier than expected and did not provide the experience you were hoping for. We understand how disappointing it is to feel unsure about wearing them again after only one use, and our Customer Care team would be happy to assist if you'd like to discuss your experience further.

480

The unboxing of my shoes, atrocious. The paper was ripped and not neatly placed and the shoes looked like they were thrown in. There was a blow out underneath the sole in which they taped it down so it would stay in place. Honestly, if I wasn’t so understanding and this order wasn’t free from my workplace, I would’ve come undone if I spent that much money for someone’s seconds. I was going to post my 480 unboxing video from start to finish but as soon as I saw my order.. New Balance would’ve taken a huge social media hit. Do better.
