Gender Inclusive 1460 Pascal Desert Brown Boot

This was my first time making a purchase from this site, and I'll "NEVER" do it again. ABSURD! I received the the boots, without any separation(paper/something within the box to prevent the boots from scuffing each other), in their worn, torn, and damaged boxes...all scuffed up and creased. I can't believe Nordstrom Rack sent me this(2 pairs of boots that look like this(worn and used). There's no way I can enjoy my purchase, for these boots are already showing wear and tear...due the the many scuffs and creases on them. I feel scammed/robbed of my money. They're not even the same pairs of boots, which is what I ordered(2 of the same pairs of boots)! Buy your Dr. Martens from the actual site if you want your Dr. Martens to arrive to you in good condition, because the Dr. Martens I received from Nordstrom Rack were in terrible condition. And they expect customers to pay for returns, smh(shake my head)?! "PATHETIC". Some may have had a good delivery, cool/good for you...but even when/if you're that 1 in 5 that gets what I received(WORN & CREASED BOOTS)....it sucks, because money doesn't grow on trees. Now, let's see how many fake reviews, by fake buyers/employees of the site, they follow this up with...as a counter measure for my review.

The leather is so smooth and supple and I had no idea these could be so comfortable! I’ve always wanted a nice pair and these were perfect in price and appearance. They will not disappoint
