Deceiving photo
The color you receive is totally different from the photo. It’s an unattractive brown embossed crocodile print instead, which is not what I was expecting based on this photo of a smooth burgundy Mary Jane. The straps are also feel cheaply made and are difficult to deal with, although I didn’t experience them cutting me like others have mentioned. I returned them and reordered in hopes I just received the wrong thing but got the same color twice. Really frustrating.

The eyelets cut me!
On the bottom of the straps of the right shoe, sharp pieces of metal were sticking out and cut into my fingers and foot as I tried the shoes on. It even drew blood. I’m appalled that such an expensive shoe could have this kind of design flaw. I hope I’m the only one that had to deal with that.
The design is cute though.

death trap
These shoes are horribly designed. I tried them on when I received them in the mail and cut both my thumbs and the tops of my feet. The metal rivets were jagged on the inside of the shoe. Bizarre design.

10x better in person
These shoes are beautiful in person. Shinier than they appear online. A true chocolate brown with lots of tiny details. They are a twist on the classic shoe and I can’t wait to wear them! Run a little smaller, true euro sizing.
