Damaged Goods - Poor packaging
The coat was packaged on the hanger and the hanger created multiple very noticeable pulls in the wool fabric. It needs to be replaced at a local Nordstrom which completely defeats the purpose of ordering online to avoid crowds. Very disappointed that such a nice product was handled so carelessly.

The pilling on this coat is insane. I’ve had it less than a year and have had to depill it repeatedly just so it looks wearable. Do yourself a favor and buy a different coat
