DELIVERED WRONG PRODUCT
Never received my order instead Nordstrom Rack delivered a plastic van cleef dupe necklace. Went in-store asking if I could return the item for what I ordered and the cashier said she refunded my card minus the shipping I paid. No product and they took my money.
