Lovely stones lousy clasp
The stones and setting are beautiful on these earrings, but the post and clasp are flimsy. I'd love to keep these but I'm pretty sure that post will wind up breaking after a few wears (if that) and/or the clasp will fail and the earrings will fall out. Too bad because they're great otherwise but I'll be returning these.

Wrong product twice
Two items I purchased are great, however one was incorrect. I sent it back and reordered only to receive the incorrect item again. I have not received credit for the first return so I still have to send the second return back.
