Opening is too small
I asked my husband to get me this as a gift and i am very disappointed. it looks super cute but it doesn't function well. I thought maybe the leather would soften up/give a bit but its so stiff and the zipper is scratchy. Basically b/c the bag is so small, the opening is so small and its hard to get things in and out. would be ok for just credit cards. but once you start adding keys, glasses, phone, lipstick, it is so hard to get them out.

Crossbody? No strap length listed.
I always check the strap length. It suggests ‘crossbody’ so I assumed the strap was long. It’s not. I will figure out a way to use it or give it to my 11yr old granddaughter. It’s a nice bag, the strap just isn’t a crossbody length for a healthy adult.
