Completely inaccurate advertising
Online photos of the black tooled color look gorgeous- brown in color with black accents. The pair I received is completely black, which makes the tooled detailing much less visible. I’ll be returning. I’m so disappointed. For the price this sort of discrepancy between what is advertised and the actual product is unacceptable and makes me lose confidence in the brand.

The sizing for these boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sizing for these boots are way off. I sized up like the other reviewers suggested and they are still uncompromising. Sadly, they were final sale and I cannot exchange for a larger size. What a waste of money. None of my other western style boots are this off the mark for sizing. Truly disheartening because the boots themselves are gorgeous and are solid and seem like they would last a long time—if I could put them on!

This boot is very plain. . .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boot is very plain. . . but I believe i will get much wear out of it. Ordered black and brown. . . very little difference, to be honest.
I read many of the other reviews, they suggested ordering a size larger. I did and regret it. . . oh well
