These boots looked great on and were very comfortable- however, after 5 months of wear, the heel detached on one boot. After writing to company, they said they are unable to fix or replace - or compensate the mending. Suggested going to a cobbler - which would charge more than desired to fix. Will look for other brand at this point. For such a large company you’d think they would have a better business model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 9. 5 EEE in Tiny Lama and Allen Edmunds. The Frye, while it looks like a very quality boot, is unfortunately so narrow I could not even get my feet into them. My son is a size smaller than I am, so I sent them to him. So unfortunately, I cannot give a fair review because I was never able to wear them. I can say that they look very nice, but know that they run very small.
