I ordered size 4-5 and 6-7 online to be delivered to the store for pick up. Got noticed it was expected for pick up 9/17. Come 9/17 and after, it says preparing for pick up. I go to the store 9/25 and their system says it’s pending. Further lookup says it shipment was last in NJ on 9/11 and no further updates since so they said that usually means it’s lost. Now it’s sold out and I’m so mad because this was for my son. I purposely chose store pick up for safety and it gets screwed up. Unbelievable!!!
