They CANCELED the order without notice.
I love the coat and wanted it. So I grabbed it immediately. For some unknown reason, Nordstrom canceled this part of my order and didn’t tell me. I just discovered it by accident. Horrible customer service and customer care. If it was out of stock, why did your system show there was adequate inventory?

Are you VERY Tall?
The fit on this jacket left me puzzled - the pockets were right at my knees. The jacket was straight from the shoulders down - really unflattering- which may have worked if it was always unbuttoned? The only positives were the color- a muted army/brown/green - and the fabric wonderfully soft. I considered altering to my needs but cutting off half the jacket didn’t seem a good idea and at this price it should be perfect.
