Effie Funnel Neck Capelet Sweatshirt

The Effie is a quiet luxury workhorse. Awesome especially if you fly a lot and find most planes too cold. I have it in 4 colors, all XS, and find a bit of variance in size, especially the neck and forearm of the sleeve width. It is a very unique style with its funnel neck, tapered sleeves and capelet (mini cape) effect. I sized down to an XS. Things to keep in mind is that the sleeves will be slim fitting on the forearm so it’s best layered over a T-shirt. I love the elegant look those sleeves give. The very flattering funnel neck may be a bit snug going over your head as it sits close to the neck but is not tight. (Use a plastic bag if needed to avoid make-up stains, it also slides on/off easier.) The neck, sleeves and bottom are unhemmed and have raw edges but they will not fray in the wash. I wash ine inside out as directed and mostly air dry or just use the dryer to finish. Dry cleaning is not necessary.
